Download and install the latest Java Runtime Environment from the Oracle website and reboot your machine.

Access the Windows Control Panel. Please be aware the method for accessing the Control Panel will vary depending on your Windows version, as well as your desktop configuration.

From the Control Panel window, double click on the Java icon.

Click the Java tab, and then the View... button located in the Java Runtime Environment Settings group box. The Java Runtime Environment Settings dialog box appears.

Select the user tab, if not already selected.

There are two tabs on the Java Runtime Environment Settings dialog box, user and system. Under each of these tabs a list control is displayed showing each installed version of Java on your machine. If you have more than one version installed, the latest version is the last one in the list and a check mark will appear in the Enabled column.

Double click the Runtime Parameters edit box on the row with the latest version, . Enter -Xmx300m into this box. Click OK on the dialog box to exit, and then click OK on the Java Control Panel dialog to exit the program. A warning dialog will pop up indicating that browser setting have changed.

Exit all applications that are currently using Java, including all Internet browsers. When you re-launch, the error will not recur.
